Kindfulness Symposium 2024

🌟 Honored to share that I recently participated in the Kindfulness Symposium, a groundbreaking collaboration between the Tsz Shan Institute, Hong Kong Psychological Society (HKPS), and the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley!

As Vice President of HKPS and a member of the organizing team, I had the privilege of delivering a welcome speech and conducting a workshop on focusing and compassion. The symposium drew hundreds of participants both on-site and online, creating a vibrant community of learning and growth.

Over these two transformative days, we explored "Cultivating Kindfulness, Compassion, and Spiritual Well-being" through:

• Insightful presentations from global experts

• Interactive workshops and discussions

• Immersive experiences at the serene Tsz Shan Monastery, including Sound Healing and Forest Therapy

This unique blend of scientific research and practical applications has deepened our understanding of psycho-spiritual well-being. I'm grateful to be part of this movement towards building a more mindful and compassionate society. 🙏
